Description

30-Minute Garlic Parmesan Dinner Rolls are soft, quick bread rolls made without yeast. They bake fast and deliver warm garlic flavor with a light parmesan finish, perfect for soups, pasta, or easy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 clove garlic, minced

3/4 cup milk

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and parmesan cheese.

3. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic, then stir in the milk.

4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

5. Grease a baking sheet and scoop dough into small balls, spacing about 2 inches apart.

6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the rolls are lightly golden.

7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with extra parmesan and parsley if desired.

8. Serve warm.

Notes

Do not overmix the dough or the rolls may turn dense. These rolls are best served warm but can be reheated briefly before serving.
