- 1 lb Ground chicken breast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Pepperoni slices
- 1 cup Spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp Extra Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Start by seasoning and cooking the ground chicken until it is done.
- Mix it with sauce and some cheese so the filling stays moist.
- Spoon the filling into dough circles, add pepperoni and spinach, fold and seal.
- Air fry the pockets until the outside is brown and the cheese melts.
- Let them cool a bit before cutting.
