Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- Spoon mixture into the basket, spreading it out in a thin layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
