Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into individual greased ramekins or baking dishes.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the center has set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with whipped cream if desired.

Use room temperature eggs and milk for a smoother mix. Ensure to grease the ramekins well to avoid sticking.
