Ingredients

Scale

¾ cup frozen strawberries

¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup light coconut milk (or almond milk)

1½ tbsp white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

1. Blend coconut milk and white chocolate until smooth

2. Add frozen fruit and blend until fully combined

3. Adjust sweetness with maple syrup or honey if needed

4. Add protein powder if desired and blend again

5. Serve immediately in chilled glass

Notes

For a lighter smoothie, use unsweetened almond milk and skip sweeteners.

Add spinach or chia seeds for a fiber and nutrient boost.

Swap white chocolate for dark chocolate to reduce sugar content.
