Description

A quick and easy salmon dish topped with creamy Boursin cheese and herbs, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces Boursin Cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the fish dry and season it.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture over the top.
  3. Bake until the fish flakes and the cheese is warm and slightly browned.
  4. Let the salmon rest for a few minutes after baking.
