- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 8 ounces Boursin Cheese
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Pat the fish dry and season it.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the top.
- Bake until the fish flakes and the cheese is warm and slightly browned.
- Let the salmon rest for a few minutes after baking.
