Description

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup honey or fig jam
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
  • Fresh fruit (apple slices or berries) for serving
  • Crusty bread or crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle honey or fig jam over the brie and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  4. Add fresh herbs if using.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until soft and bubbling.
