- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Crackers, breadsticks, or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and white cheddar until combined.
- In another bowl, toss fresh cranberries with sugar until coated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Top with sugared cranberries.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until edges are golden brown and cranberries burst.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm with crackers or crostini.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
