Description

A warm, creamy dip featuring cream cheese and fresh cranberries, perfect for gatherings and cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Crackers, breadsticks, or crostini for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and white cheddar until combined.
  3. In another bowl, toss fresh cranberries with sugar until coated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  5. Top with sugared cranberries.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until edges are golden brown and cranberries burst.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving warm with crackers or crostini.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
