- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them with the sauce mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Preheat the oven for even cooking. Coat each breast fully to keep moist. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
