Description

Warm, fragrant, and packed with flavor, these chicken thighs coated in a sweet and spicy sauce are a delightful comfort food perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  6. Pour sauce into the skillet and heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s well-coated with sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Adjust Sriracha to your taste for less heat.
