- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and heat for 2 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s well-coated with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Adjust Sriracha to your taste for less heat.
