Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets, cooking skin-side down for 4-5 minutes.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.

Notes
Serve over jasmine rice or with a side of steamed vegetables for a delicious meal. The sauce can be adjusted for spice level by altering the sriracha quantity.
