- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

- 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup Cream Cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in milk, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries and cream cheese.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, checking for doneness with a skewer.
- Cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
