A vibrant ruby-red drink combining the earthy flavors of hibiscus with tangy lemons and sweet strawberries, perfect for all occasions.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 hibiscus tea bags (or 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Optional toppings: Extra sliced strawberries, lemon slices, and/or fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add hibiscus tea bags or dried flowers. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove tea bags or strain flowers and let tea cool completely.
- In a blender, combine sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup of the cooled tea. Blend until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, mix remaining hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
- Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices, strawberries, and mint leaves as desired.
Notes
For added sweetness, adjust maple syrup to taste. Use fresh and ripe fruits for best flavor.
