- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup powdered sugar (for serving)
- Fresh berries (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Gently add the torn croissant pieces to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is better).
- Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and set.
