Ingredients

- 3/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients gently, being careful not to over-mix.
- Scoop the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with syrup.
Notes
Don’t over-mix the batter to ensure fluffy poppers. Experiment with different add-ins like chocolate chips or fruit.
