- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
- 2 cups melted chocolate (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, and chopped Butterfinger candy bars until fully mixed.
- Roll spoonfuls of the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
- Let the chocolate coating set in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Serve and enjoy at room temperature.
Notes
