- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds.
- Whisk together brown sugar, honey, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Toss sliced kielbasa with the glaze until coated.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve warm with toothpicks.
