- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples (such as Granny Smith)
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until mixed well. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- Gradually add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon gently.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a butter knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Cool in the pan for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
For additional texture, you can add chopped nuts to the crust. For a chocolate twist, drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel.
