Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  4. Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet and top with caramelized onions and crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
