Description

A quick and easy pizza made with leftover chicken, barbecue sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Optional toppings: jalapeños, bell peppers, or additional cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the pizza crust package.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
  3. Spread the barbecue chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Add any additional toppings you desire, such as red onion or jalapeños.
  6. Bake the pizza according to the crust package instructions, usually for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
