- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add in the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until evenly distributed.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt and olive oil until a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into strips using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
- Transfer the strips to the prepared baking sheet, brushing the tops with olive oil and sprinkling Parmesan cheese over them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Preheating gives an even rise and a crisp top. A slightly sticky dough is normal; dust with flour as needed.
