Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 oz) Frozen Hash Browns, thawed (cubed or shredded)
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, sour cream, onion, soup, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
