A quick and easy meal combining the flavors of Chicken Caesar salad on a warm, baked pizza crust.
Ingredients

- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- Mix the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing in a bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the pizza crust.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for the recommended time until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with additional Caesar dressing if desired.
- Slice and serve for a fresh twist on pizza night!
Notes
Preheating makes the crust crisp. Mix chicken and dressing well so each bite has flavor. Don’t overload the crust or it may get soggy. Add the lettuce after baking to keep it fresh.
