- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the zucchini and bell pepper, and stir fry for 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
Heat the pan well for a quick sear. Cook garlic briefly before chicken to prevent burning. Adjust soy sauce and salt according to taste.
