A creamy and rich dessert that perfectly marries the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter in an irresistible Oreo crust.

- 25 Oreos (the whole Oreo)
- 5 TBSP Unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Sour cream (room temperature or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 3.5 oz Chocolate bar (melted, e.g., Lindt 72%)
- 10 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Sour cream (room temperature or Greek yogurt)
- 2 cups Heavy cream (cold)
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Peanut butter (melted)
- Peanut butter cups (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush 25 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with 5 tablespoons of melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool the crust completely.
- In a medium bowl, blend 6 ounces of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of sour cream, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Melt 3.5 ounces of chocolate and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat 10 ounces of cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar until smooth. Add 3/4 cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/4 cup sour cream, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream with 1/2 cup powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Carefully fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the chocolate filling over the cooled crust, followed by the peanut butter layer. Drizzle with melted peanut butter on top.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Room temperature ingredients are key for a smooth filling. Allow enough chill time to set the pie properly.
