A creamy and rich dessert that perfectly marries the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter in an irresistible Oreo crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 25 Oreos (the whole Oreo)
  • 5 TBSP Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream (room temperature or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz Chocolate bar (melted, e.g., Lindt 72%)
  • 10 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream (room temperature or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups Heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter (melted)
  • Peanut butter cups (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush 25 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with 5 tablespoons of melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool the crust completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, blend 6 ounces of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of sour cream, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Melt 3.5 ounces of chocolate and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
  6. In another bowl, beat 10 ounces of cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar until smooth. Add 3/4 cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/4 cup sour cream, mixing well.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream with 1/2 cup powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Carefully fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Spread the chocolate filling over the cooled crust, followed by the peanut butter layer. Drizzle with melted peanut butter on top.
  9. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Room temperature ingredients are key for a smooth filling. Allow enough chill time to set the pie properly.
