- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Fold in the raspberry jam and fresh raspberries.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Coat each cookie in powdered sugar before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
