- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Shape mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Heat until bubbling.
- Toss cooked meatballs in warm cranberry sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished as desired.
