Description

Juicy, savory meatballs draped in a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Shape mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Heat until bubbling.
  6. Toss cooked meatballs in warm cranberry sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve warm, garnished as desired.

Notes
