Ingredients

2 lbs powdered sugar — sifted for smooth texture

Granulated sugar — for rolling and coating

Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually add powdered sugar until mixture is thick and smooth.
3. Mix in peppermint extract (or your chosen flavor).
4. Divide dough and tint with gel food coloring as desired.
5. Roll into small balls, press with a fork, or use candy molds/cookie cutters.
6. Coat each mint lightly in granulated sugar.
7. Place mints on parchment paper and let dry for 12–24 hours.
8. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later use.
