Description

Quick and easy tea sandwiches featuring a spiced orange cream cheese spread, perfect for snacks or light brunch.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
  • Fresh orange slices (for garnish)
  • Butter (for spreading, optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, orange zest, ground cinnamon, and honey until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over 4 slices of bread.
  3. Top with the remaining slices of bread to create sandwiches.
  4. Optionally, spread butter on the outer sides of the sandwiches.
  5. Cut the sandwiches into quarters or triangles.
  6. Garnish with fresh orange slices.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
