- 3 tbsp Butter, melted (or margarine)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Milk (or milk alternative)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (or almond extract)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking tray.
- Unroll or stretch the dough to one even layer.
- Brush the dough with melted butter so the sugar will stick.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, then spread it over the butter.
- Bake until the dough is golden and the sugar looks set.
- Let it cool a few minutes before adding the glaze.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for a smooth drizzle.
- Spoon the glaze over the warm pizza.
- Cool a bit more before slicing.

Use fresh cinnamon for a brighter taste. Let the baked pizza cool before adding glaze.
