Description

A quick and easy sweet pizza that satisfies dessert cravings in just a few steps.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Crescent Roll Dough (or homemade pizza dough)
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted (or margarine)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (or almond extract)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a baking tray.
  2. Unroll or stretch the dough to one even layer.
  3. Brush the dough with melted butter so the sugar will stick.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then spread it over the butter.
  5. Bake until the dough is golden and the sugar looks set.
  6. Let it cool a few minutes before adding the glaze.
  7. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for a smooth drizzle.
  8. Spoon the glaze over the warm pizza.
  9. Cool a bit more before slicing.

Notes

Use fresh cinnamon for a brighter taste. Let the baked pizza cool before adding glaze.
