Description

A heartwarming casserole featuring creamy mushroom soup, green beans, and crispy fried onions, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked green beans (or 2 cans, drained)
  • 1 1/3 cups French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix until well-blended and creamy.
  3. Stir in the green beans and 2/3 cup of French fried onions until everything is coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Stir the casserole, then top it with the remaining French fried onions.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until onions are golden brown and crispy.

Notes
