- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season sliced chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides for about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about a minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce, and let it simmer together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
Leftovers can be refrigerated for about 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently for best results.
