Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season sliced chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides for about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about a minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce, and let it simmer together for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.

Notes
