- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are well-soaked.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
- Remove from the fridge and let sit for a few minutes to reach room temperature.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with fresh berries, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.
