Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round Brie cheese
  • 1 cup fresh or canned cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 baguette or crackers for serving

  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add cranberries, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until cranberries pop and mixture thickens.
  4. Place the Brie on a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over top.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the Brie.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the Brie is soft and gooey.

Notes

For a nut-free option, skip the pecans and use sunflower seeds instead.
