- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, pressing out any creases.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries over the cream cheese.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the cranberries.
- Sprinkle the chopped herbs over the filling.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one edge into a log shape.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden and puffed.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen before baking.
