Description

Delightful pinwheels of creamy cranberry and feta, wrapped in golden puff pastry—perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, pressing out any creases.
  3. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries over the cream cheese.
  5. Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the cranberries.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped herbs over the filling.
  7. Roll the pastry tightly from one edge into a log shape.
  8. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops with the egg wash for a golden finish.
  10. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden and puffed.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen before baking.
