Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side). Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning to your taste preference. Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
