Description

A quick and creamy coffee smoothie made with leftover coffee, banana, and Greek yogurt, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, banana, Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Use cooled coffee so ice does not water it down quickly. Blend the banana first for a smooth texture. Taste after the first blend to adjust sweetener or milk.
