Description

A cozy skillet of comfort with pillowy gnocchi in a tangy cream sauce enriched with spinach and feta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the crumbled feta, stirring until creamy.
  5. Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Use block feta crumbled by hand for the best texture; fresh spinach works best for quick wilting.
