Description

A creamy and easy mango ice cream made without an ice cream machine, perfect for warm days and quick desserts.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes and blend until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold the mango puree into the cream mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop and serve, enjoying the creamy texture and tropical flavor!

Notes

For a softer result, take the ice cream out 10 minutes before serving. Use a clean, dry spoon to avoid extra water when serving.
