- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with shredded cheese.
- Add a generous portion of the chicken mixture and more cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve with optional toppings.
Notes
Keep shredded chicken moist to avoid dryness in the filling. A medium-hot pan will help to melt the cheese without burning the tortilla.
