- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt, and vanilla.
- Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch pan and press down evenly.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
