Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 1–2 hours, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
