Description

Rich and creamy crockpot hot chocolate that warms you from the inside out, perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of milk (whole or 2%)
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream and marshmallows for serving

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk and heavy cream into the crockpot.
  2. Add both the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, then stir gently to mix.
  3. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and add the vanilla extract.
  4. Cover and set the crockpot to low, letting it cook for about 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once velvety, taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and marshmallows before serving.

Notes

For variations, try adding peppermint extract, a dash of cinnamon, or using your favorite non-dairy milk.
