Ingredients

- 4 cups of milk (whole or 2%)
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Whipped cream and marshmallows for serving
Instructions
- Pour the milk and heavy cream into the crockpot.
- Add both the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, then stir gently to mix.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and add the vanilla extract.
- Cover and set the crockpot to low, letting it cook for about 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once velvety, taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and marshmallows before serving.
Notes
For variations, try adding peppermint extract, a dash of cinnamon, or using your favorite non-dairy milk.
