Description
A quick and rich chocolate protein shake perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a quick snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Milk (almond or oat)
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt (or banana for non-dairy)
- Sweetener (to taste, honey or stevia)
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (or almond butter)
Instructions
- Pour the milk into a blender.
- Add the chocolate protein powder and yogurt.
- Add sweetener and peanut butter.
- Blend for 20–40 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and add more sweetener if needed, and blend again for a few seconds.
- Serve right away or pour into a travel cup.
Notes
Use cold ingredients for thickness. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. If separating, shake or blend before drinking.
