- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: lemon zest, orange zest, almond extract, maple syrup, or strawberry jam
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth for about 45-60 seconds.
- Add yogurt or sour cream and mix until fully combined.
- Sprinkle in powdered sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix on low, then medium, until silky.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding zest or almond extract if using.
- Chill for 20 minutes or serve immediately.
Notes
Chill dip for thicker consistency. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir in a teaspoon of milk or cream if it thickens too much.
