Description

A quick and filling snack perfect for game nights, loaded with chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheese over hot fries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Frozen French Fries
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and cook fries per package directions.
  2. Season and cook chicken in a pan until no longer pink.
  3. Fry or bake bacon until it is crisp.
  4. Assemble the dish by layering fries, chicken, bacon, cheese, and green onions.
  5. Warm in the oven to melt the cheese.
  6. Serve topped with sour cream.

Notes

Ensure fries are really crisp to avoid a soggy tray. Cut chicken into small pieces for quick cooking. Drain excess fat from bacon for better flavor distribution.
