Description

A smooth, pourable syrup made with honey, lemon, and vanilla, perfect for pancakes and desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Combine honey, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer.
  3. Reduce heat and stir continuously until well combined and syrupy.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in a clean glass jar in the refrigerator for up to one month. Warm gently to re-liquefy if thickened.
