Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine honey, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan.

- Reduce heat and stir continuously until well combined and syrupy.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in a clean glass jar in the refrigerator for up to one month. Warm gently to re-liquefy if thickened.
