Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose leaf tea)
- 2 cups water
- 1–2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 cup whole milk (or milk of choice, such as almond, oat, or coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions
- Brew the tea in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes, covering to retain the aroma.
- While the tea steeps, warm the milk in a small pan on low heat, adding cream if desired.
- Remove the tea bags or strain leaves from the brewed tea and pour it into a cup.
- Add the warm milk slowly while stirring, followed by sugar and vanilla, mixing until dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sugar or milk as needed.
- For iced tea, allow the brewed tea to cool and pour over ice, adding cold milk.
Notes
Use high-quality Earl Grey tea for the best flavor and aroma. Adjust sweetness and milk type to your preference.
