Ingredients
- Slider buns or small sesame buns
- Ground beef
- Cheddar cheese slices
- Pickles
- Onion, diced
- Lettuce, shredded
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and break it apart as it cooks.
- Once cooked, drain any excess fat and set aside.
- Split the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer cooked beef on the buns and top with cheddar cheese slices.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise to create the Big Mac sauce.
- Spread the sauce over the cheese.
- Add pickles, diced onion, and shredded lettuce on top.
- Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve hot with extra sauce for dipping. Pair with fries or a salad.
