Description

Quick and delicious sliders that replicate the taste of a Big Mac, ideal for parties and weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns or small sesame buns
  • Ground beef
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Pickles
  • Onion, diced
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and break it apart as it cooks.
  3. Once cooked, drain any excess fat and set aside.
  4. Split the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer cooked beef on the buns and top with cheddar cheese slices.
  6. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise to create the Big Mac sauce.
  7. Spread the sauce over the cheese.
  8. Add pickles, diced onion, and shredded lettuce on top.
  9. Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter if desired.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  11. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve hot with extra sauce for dipping. Pair with fries or a salad.
