Description

A rich and creamy brownie milkshake blended with soft brownie bits and ice cream for a delicious treat any time of the day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Whipped Cream
  • Melted Chocolate or Ganache
  • Brownie crumbs
  • 2 brownies, cut into chunks
  • 4 cups chocolate or vanilla ice cream (8 large scoops), slightly softened
  • 1/4 cup whole milk or heavy cream
  • Melted Chocolate or Ganache (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Using a small spoon, drizzle melted chocolate or ganache inside the glass. Spoon some more chocolate or ganache over the rim of the glass and allow it to drip down. Place glasses in the freezer while you prepare the milkshake.
  2. Add softened ice cream, brownie chunks, and whole milk to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more brownies if desired.
  3. Pour the milkshake into glasses and garnish with whipped cream, extra ganache or melted chocolate, and brownie crumbs.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Chill the glasses to ensure the drizzle sets neatly. Use slightly softened ice cream for better blending. Adjust milk for desired thickness.
